APIC publishes a Quarterly newsletter, Oracle, which reports results of our
initiatives,
describes the activities of the association and supports the
delivery of our services. The quarterly ORACLE, APIC's official publication
including pertinent information on what is happening within the association,
it's committees and the industry.

All Oracles going forward are archived, and quarterly articles
will have relative web-links to additional information. Reflecting this change,
APIC members inevitably will be able to search on a topic and follow hyperlinks
to all relevant information. The committee encourages suggestions from the
members that will enhance Oracle's value to our business practices. We have
planned a number of additions going forward, i.e., industry articles on consulting
subjects and questions / answers to Smith Barney Management.
