REGISTRATION
WHO MAY ATTEND? The conference is for APIC members, invited speakers, and other invited guests as approved by the Board. Non-members, guests and spouses are prohibited from attending the conference or conference events. The only exception is for support staff of members; they may attend at the member rate.

REGISTRATION FEE: The Registration Fee for the 2007 conference is $595.00 per person (through May 4, 2007) and $620 per person (after May 5, 2007).

HOW TO REGISTER:
Step 1: Log in as a member
Step 2: Register online through the registration link provided (you must register online if you plan to attend the Conference)

Please have your credit card information ready when you fill out the registration form. Credit card charges will read 'Association of Professional Investment Consultants' on your statement.

The deadline for registering is Thursday, May 31, 2007.

SCHEDULE / AGENDA
Registration will begin at 12 pm on June 12. The conference sessions will begin at 2:30 pm. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Hotel reservations will be made on your behalf based on the dates you request when you register. It is NOT necessary for you to call the hotel as conference rates will not be honored. Please note, APIC has reserved a limited number of rooms for this conference; therefore, reservations are not guaranteed and will be made on a first come, first served basis.

Suggested Arrival Date: Tuesday, June 12th
Suggested Departure Date: Friday, June 15th

The following rates are in effect for the conference:
Guestroom $249.00 plus tax
Executive Suite $269.00 plus tax (limited availability)

The group rate will be offered three days pre and three days immediately following the program dates (6/12, 6/13 & 6/14). Please be advised that extra nights are subject to availability and you should select your desired dates in the drop down boxes under Accommodations. If the system allows you to proceed to the next screen with your desired dates, this confirms that your pre/post days are available.

UPGRADES: If you are interested in upgrading your room to an Executive Suite, please select "Executive Suite" in the room type drop-down field of the web registration. You will be notified if your request CANNOT be accommodated.

CHANGES: Upon completing your on-line registration and clicking SUBMIT, you will receive a confirmation email with a password and URL embedded in the email. You may access the registration website through this URL to make changes to any of your information.

CANCELLATIONS: If you have to cancel, please call Citigroup Conference & Event Planning at 212.291.4540. Failure to cancel prior to Thursday, May 17th could result in a cancellation penalty assessed to your credit card by the hotel. APIC will not be responsible for hotel charges for late cancellations or "no shows".

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The Grand America Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. The schedule is as follows:

6:00 AM-10:00 PM The shuttle runs constantly and leaves the hotel and airport every 20 minutes
10:00 PM-6:00 AM By reservation only and leaves every half hour

Taxis are available at the Salt Lake City airport. The cost is approximately $25.00 one-way.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS / PARKING
Driving directions to The Grand America Hotel from the Salt Lake City Airport:
As you depart the airport, look for I-80 West. After a mile or so you will need to take the I-15 South junction. Exit on 600 South City Center. Continue on 600 South and take a left hand turn on Main Street. The Grand America is located on Main Street between 500 and 600 South on the East side of the street.

Valet and self-parking are available at the hotel. Valet parking is $15.00/day and self-parking is $10.00/day.

Dress for the entire meeting is Business Casual.

FINAL CONFIRMATION
A final confirmation email will be sent to you one week prior to the start of the conference. This email will contain a final agenda and information regarding your confirmed hotel arrangements.

MONEY MANAGERS
In recognition of APIC’s Code of Ethics and Professional Standards, APIC is not accepting sponsorships for its meetings or conferences. Participation by Money Managers will be limited to those managers that have an active educational role at the conference (i.e. presenters).
